As part of our CSE module, please find attached Five Steps to Risk Assesment.
This coming friday you are required to submit your own BASIC risk assessment. The Risk Assessment could be either a simple one like how to cross the road safely or the established work procedures or based on the method statement. This is for our review and evaluation. This will be the basis for signing up your handbook attendance sheet.
Kindly be guided accordingly.
